Ty Clud is nicely tucked away at the end of a quiet track off Ravenspoint Road and yet only a 5-10 minute walk to the pretty coves of Porth y Castell and Porth Diana.
There is ample parking at the front and side of the property with the added benefit of an electric car charging point.
You’ll find a large peaceful garden to the rear, with views of Snowdon and a pleasant patio area that wraps around the side of the house to the front. Perfect for sun-seeking or to shelter from occasional sea breezes!
A light, airy hallway greets you which leads to a spacious kitchen featuring a large breakfast bar, perfect for socialising and planning the day’s events. The cooking facilities are beyond those you would typically find in a holiday home, including a double dishwasher, double oven and induction hob.
There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and the lovely lounge area features a cosy fire for cooler months.
There’s also a handy utility room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer to get your towels beach-ready for the following day!
All four bedrooms are individually designed. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one king-sized and one twin. A large family bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two king-size bedrooms, both with an ensuite, one including a bath.
The linen provided is 300 thread count, and the towels provided are luxury hotel standards with a deep pile for ultimate comfort!
